Change Google+ Profile name after Limit

Steps

1. On your google+ profile go to account setting.
2. In account setting click "Delete profile and remove related Google+ features" under Account Management
3. Than,
   
   • Select "Delete your entire Google profile"
   • Tick "Required: I understand that deleting this service can't be undone and the data I delete can't be restored".
   • Click "Remove selected services"
4. Now it will display "You've successfully deleted Google+ and associated social content". Than submit your reason for deleting.
5. After successfully deleted Google+ account, you will need to setup you account (with your desire name) again as you did earlier.

Now you have change your Google+ account name Successfully!
